INTRODUCE
Quote:D-Unit is a 3-member hip hop act under D-Business Entertainment, whose CEO is reported to have spent years preparing to debut the group. They follow a format of two permanent members with one new member who joins for every album

Another reason that D-Unit is getting a lot of attention lately is because the CEO, Lee Yong Hak, released an album in 2008 under YG Entertainment called Made In R.O.K. He was a rapper known as DM in a duo called YMGA alongside member Master Woo. This time around, Lee Yong Hak will be producing a hip hop group instead of performing in one.

Their debut single, which was writen and composed entirely by Wooram, will include a featuring by rapper Dok2 in their title track, Crush.

Bo-ram's sister debuts in June


Quote:It was revealed that T-ARA member Bo-ram's younger sister will be following in her sister's footsteps as a singer by debuting with a hip-hop act, D-Unit.
According to Allkpop, Jeon Woo-ram's debut with the three member unit will take place in June, established by the agency, D-Business Entertainment. It was also revealed that the unit's format will be different from other groups. There will be two permanent members and one different member with every album.
Woo-ram is reported to be one of the two permanent members.
D-Business Entertainment's CEO, former YG rapper Lee Yong-hak stated, "Woo-ram has a different musical colour than her sister, Bo-ram. Woo-ram has excellent vocal skills. Similar to her parents, she has a lot of talent and spunk."
He also revealed that they are very confident with the unit to be able to start with a full length album for promotion.
It is not surprising that the two sisters are dabbling in the music industry as Woo-ram and her sister Bo-ram hail from a family of talented stars. Their father Jun Young-rok is a famous 70s – 80s singer while their mother is a former actress, Lee Mi-young. Their grandparents were also singers, Hwang Hae and Baek Sul-hee-hee
